Terms
What this site does, what it does not do, and who is behind it. Written to be read rather than clicked past.
In effect from 27 September 2026
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Chris Maloy, doing business as Hoboken Travel, an independent travel advisor working through the host agency Fora Travel. Using the site means accepting these terms.
Questions about anything here go to hello@hobokentravel.com.
What this site does
It shows a small collection of journeys, asks a few questions about the kind of trip you want, and puts one of them in front of you. If you ask to talk, it passes your enquiry to the advisor.
That is the whole of it. The site takes no payment, holds no reservation, and books nothing. Sending an enquiry does not reserve anything, does not commit you to anything, and does not commit the advisor to anything either.
Prices and availability
Any figure shown alongside a journey is an illustrative starting point, not a quote and not a total. It is shown to give a sense of scale, and it is always marked as quoted on request.
A real price is given only after a conversation about what you actually want, and is set by the suppliers involved — the hotels, lodges, operators and airlines — not by this site. Prices and availability change, and nothing here is a guarantee that a journey can be arranged on the dates or at the figure you saw.
Photographs and descriptions
Photographs on this site are illustrative. They show the place or the kind of experience being described, and each carries its photographer's credit and licence — but a photograph is not a picture of the specific property, room, vehicle or departure you would travel on.
Journey descriptions are written to convey what a trip of that kind involves. The details of any actual trip are settled in the planning, in writing, before anything is booked.
If you go on to book a trip
Bookings are made with third-party suppliers, each under their own terms and conditions, which you will be given and which govern that booking. The advisor acts as an agent in arranging them; the supplier is the one providing the travel.
Passports, visas, entry requirements, health requirements and travel insurance remain your responsibility. The advisor will raise them, but cannot be responsible for whether they are in order on the day you fly.
The limits of what is promised
The site is provided as it is. Reasonable care goes into keeping it accurate, but it is not warranted to be complete, current or uninterrupted, and a journey listed here is not an offer capable of acceptance.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, and which law applies
These terms may change. The date at the top says when the current version took effect — it is 27 September 2026 — and using the site after a change means accepting the version then published.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the courts of New Jersey are where any dispute about them belongs.
